Roy Ahawo is a dynamic professional with over 7 years of experience in Finance, IT, project management, innovation, and process improvement, with expertise working with humanitarian organizations.

He is currently an Innovation Officer with Kenya Red Cross Society where he is involved in developing innovative approaches in project management.  Roy is currently a PhD researcher focusing on digital transformation in the humanitarian setup, holds a master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Finance and minor in IT.

Roy has 3 publications that focus on humanitarian innovation and holds memberships with the Computer Society of Kenya. He is also passionate about the growth mindset as a transformational tool.
